Alright... so what is ORGANIC GROWTH?
“Organic growth is the growth a company achieves by increasing output and enhancing sales internally. This does not include profits or growth attributable to mergers and acquisitions but rather an increase in sales and expansion through the company's own resources.”
How does this translate to small business?
Organic growth is not growth from giveaways, “like, share & tag” posts, etc. It is growth from engaging & connecting with people and those people joining your group BECAUSE THEY ARE INTERESTED IN YOU & YOUR PRODUCT.
So my tip for today... QUIT GIVING SHIT AWAY TO TRY TO ENTICE PEOPLE TO JOIN YOUR GROUP! YOU ARE HURTING YOURSELF & YOUR BUSINESS IF THAT IS YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS STRATEGY FOR GROWTH!

Here’s your homework for the day... look at your current member count of your GROUP (not a business page). Multiply that number by .05. That is going to be your growth goal for the next 7 days.
